I’ll ask you about smoking triggers (such as coffee, alcohol or stress) and any benefits you still find from smoking. Although there are some common similarities between people that smoke, I have found that each person is quite unique.
Then in hypnosis, I will install positively phrased suggestions into your mind that will help change your thinking, feelings and behaviour in relation to cigarettes. I will also help increase your willpower and motivation to quit and assist in removing any emotional ties that you have with smoking. I will also make it easier for you to eliminate cravings and withdrawal symptoms and any fears associated with these.
A simple, yet powerful change must occur for you to break the habit and overcome the addiction. It is this change that I will help you bring about using hypnosis.
What can you expect from your Quit Smoking Hypnosis Session?
You can expect the Quit Smoking Hypnosis treatment to help you stop smoking for good. Sometimes this happens in one session, but it can take two, three or four sessions for some people. I want you to be completely free of your old smoking habit, whilst ensuring that your weight stays the same (or reduces). You will know what to do with your hands. How many sessions will I need?
As everyone is unique, the number of Quit Smoking Hypnosis sessions will tend to vary. The standard course of treatment is 1 or 2 sessions. On occasions, more sessions may be required to deal with any underlying anxiety or emotional issues that are influencing your need to smoke.

At the moment, I am delivering all my sessions online using Zoom. I have found this to be as effective (sometimes more effective) than face-to-face sessions.
